Community Organisation is moving to a new set of systems. The portal that used to live here has been retired and formally archived, and its replacement is on the way.
What this means
The old portal is closed. It is no longer reachable, and it will not return in its previous form.
Nothing has been lost. Its records, including Secretariat Directive SD-2026-001, are archived in full.
New systems are in build. Access will be issued when they open. You do not need to do anything now.
